Man vs Wild

Daniel said we'll go to a mining lake today, but there was one thing he sure didn't tell me: It was a 3 hour journey to the lake! Well, 3 hours on foot is fine by me, but 3 hours of walking and rock climbing!
No entry? That sign was actually for when the mining was still active.

Vast wasteland lol.

Had to cross this ditch.

Kinda reminds me of a scene from Narnia, except there is no dragon's gold.

Daniel and Andy walking ahead.

A cave?

Nah, it's just a hole. Climbed down to snap a pic :D

Nice view from here.

We had to cross a large stretch of long grass...

The gravel road for the lorries. It'll take us the whole day if we followed it.

Reminds me of those savannah episodes of National Geographic.

Dung + wild strawberries made by Andy.

Daniel snapping a pic of the decorated dung.

Mamut lake.

Found out that this place is a forest reserve...

Lunch break! Daniel cooked this :D

Some abandoned tires.

Look at the size of them.

Daniel and Andy crossing to the other side.

Don't jump!!! Hahaha..

Daniel standing at the edge.

Lots of ruins here.

Whoa, a lot of pillars.

Betcha didn't know they were so BIG! That puny blue thing inthe middle is me.

Andy inspecting one of the ruins.

There are swallow's nests all around. We can get rich :D

After that, we went back to our usual "Pineapple Punch" shop for dinner. This time, it's with the rest of the gang~! :D

Okay so this post would stop at here, because the uploader messed up again -.-

The rest of the story is told by the photos..
